Hey all! My passion is living a healthy lifestyle and sharing that with others. I worked for two years as a Certified Athletic Trainer while completing my Master's in Wellness and Lifestyle Management. Then I decided after dedicating seven years to higher education, I would marry a wonderful man who travels every few months for work! Now I have plenty of time to blog and try new things. I love to cook and bake so most of what I share will be recipes, with helpful fit tips thrown in here and there.
